Abstract

 

This article discusses the challenges and strategies of character education for adolescents in the digital era. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The results show that the main challenges faced by parents and teachers in adolescent character education stem from a thirst for validation, free association, peer influence, and the negative impact of social media. The family, school, and community environments play a significant role in shaping adolescent character. Applicable strategies include integrating character education into daily activities through modeling, habituation, and educational reprimands, as well as through planned programs. The conclusion of this article is that character education for adolescents requires a comprehensive, consistent, and collaborative approach from all parties to form positive and resilient character amidst the challenges of the times.
