Abstract

Hyperactivity is a condition where a child cannot stay still or even has difficulty focusing. Hyperactive children can be seen from their ability to carry out various daily activities. Hyperactive children find it difficult to focus on one thing, and cannot control themselves to keep moving. This condition can make it difficult for children to concentrate, for example in following lessons at school, not only are their movements more active, but they also talk a lot in controlling their emotions, they have more sensitive feelings and easily feel frustrated at the same time as the emotions that arise, this makes it easy for children to cry. In social relationships, hyperactive children can have difficulty following instructions and staying organized. Then lies the feeling of tiredness, hyperactive children seem to not know the feeling of tiredness. He tends to have shorter sleep times, and can even experience bursts of energy at night that make it difficult to sleep. Hyperactivity in children can be caused by physical or psychological conditions. Therefore, we must know the conditions that can cause children to be hyperactive so that they can focus and concentrate more both in the social environment and in their achievements at school.
