Abstract

Student management is everything that organizes and directs students in various fields from the beginning of school to graduation. Student management is very important because it increases the potential for future student achievement. In its implementation, it requires the cooperation of all parties, including school principals, teachers, students, and other school staff. This research aims to understand how to manage students in class. The method used for this research is library research. The results of this research found that the management of students in schools must pay attention to planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising.
