Manajemen Bimbingan Konseling Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Moral Siswa di Sekolah Menengah Pertama

Abstract

This research aims to understand the management of guidance and counseling in an effort to improve student morale at SMP Plus Ahsani Taqwim. The research method used was qualitative research. The instruments used in the research were interview guidelines, observation guidelines and documentation studies. The results of this research i.e the plans prepared are running well and in accordance with what has been formulated; implementation runs smoothly and can provide services that suit student needs; good organization and in accordance with its main duties, regular supervision so that plans that have been made previously can be achieved well and evaluation to correct plans that are not appropriate so that they can produce better results.
