Strategi Manajemen Konflik Dalam Menyelesaikan Masalah

Abstract

Conflict is a common experience for all, including students at Al-Hidayah Pasirmuncang Islamic Boarding School. Research shows conflicts can have positive outcomes if managed effectively. The study is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach, aiming to analyze social phenomena, attitudes, and perceptions. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Students and caregivers view conflict as inevitable with potential benefits if properly addressed. Conflict causes include differences in character, goals, and limited resources. Conflict resolution involves planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring, resulting in successful conflict transformation at the Islamic Boarding School.
