Pengaruh Pengelolaan Asrama Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Di Pondok Pesantren Qurrota A’yun Samarang-Garut

Abstract

The background of this research is the low learning motivation of female students to take part in the learning process at the boarding school because some of them still pay little attention to learning activities, as well as the lack of enthusiasm of female students in participating in learning activities. Therefore, with good dormitory management, it is hoped that students' learning motivation at the Qurrota A'yun Samarang Islamic Boarding School - Garut will be better. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of Dormitory Management on the Learning Motivation of Santriwati at the Samarang Islamic Boarding School - Garut. Because dormitory management is one of the factors that greatly influences the students' motivation to study, if the management of the dormitory obtained by the students is good or well organized, it will greatly influence the students' motivation to study. This type of research is associative quantitative and the method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach, observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Based on research, it is known that the influence of dormitory management on female students' learning motivation to achieve strong qualifications. Judging from its influence, the influence of dormitory management on female students' learning motivation is 29.75%, while the other 70.25% is influenced by other factors. One of them is internal factors, including: physiological factors (health and body condition) and psychological factors (interest, talent, intelligence, emotions, fatigue and how to learn).
