Inovasi Dan Tantangan Dalam Manajemen Bimbingan Dan Konseling Berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka

Abstract

The transformation in the education system brought about by the Independent Curriculum requires a shift in the role of Guidance and Counseling (BK). This role must shift from a traditional and administrative nature to a more personalized and adaptable service. This study was designed to analyze the various innovations and challenges faced in managing BK services in senior high schools (SMA) within the context of the Independent Curriculum. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, information was collected from several reliable academic databases and analyzed using a thematic approach. The study revealed that innovations in BK management include the digitization of information systems, the introduction of online counseling (e-counseling), and increased peer support. However, in its implementation, significant challenges remain, such as a lack of digital competence among BK teachers, limitations in technological infrastructure, and an increased workload arising from the shift in curriculum paradigm. This article proposes strategic solutions by strengthening human resources, encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration, and creating more inclusive policy support so that BK services can function effectively in supporting the Development of the Pancasila Student Profile.
