Currently, in the era of modernization which is increasingly rapid day by day. Children who have special needs backgrounds should have the same life opportunities as others. As is the case in the world of education. Children with special needs have the right to equal opportunities to develop their abilities, both academically and extracurricularly or non-academicly. Disability is not an obstacle for children with special needs to continue to process and work in various fields.
