Pendampingan Orang Tua dalam Pemanfaatan Teknologi pada Anak Usia Dini di Rumah

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of parental support for children in using technology, so that children are able to use gadgets according to their needs and avoid the negative impacts of technology. Meanwhile, this research method is descriptive qualitative using observational data collection techniques from one of the student parents at PGRI Merpati Kindergarten. The results of the research show that mentoring the use of technology for young children at home by parents has long been recommended by the school. Parents always monitor and participate in the use of gadgets, so that children do not become too addicted and also avoid the negative effects of gadgets. Parents also make sure that when an advertisement suddenly appears containing pornography, they immediately close it.
